Returns

Please contact us before sending anything back. Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the goods and need our prior authorization. The buyer pays return shipping unless the return is due to our error. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Loss or damage in shipping

If a parcel arrives damaged, report it on receipt. Send us the tracking number, the date received and the carrier, and keep all original packaging for the carrier's inspection. We help you file the claim with the carrier.

Prices and payment

Prices are in USD and exclude import duties and taxes. Prices are fixed and are confirmed to you before payment. Production or preparation of your order starts once payment is confirmed.
